Our experience using these in the Auckland region:

When we first saw the flower on this one we went 'Wow' - we love the colours, and birds like them as well. Great if you need a larger filler plant. They look great with other Grevilleas, or sneak one into the edge of a native planting to give the birds more food over the winter. They will grow in any soil that is well drained.
