Perfect for adding to the top of vegetable gardens. Also good for avocado. Contains no fertiliser, so fertiliser must be added. It is great for mixing into drier soils when planting to add organic material. Add 50L of water/block to expand the blocks. Each block approx 30cm x 30cm x 15cm and 5kg per block.

Our experience using these in the Auckland region:

We use this in our own vegetable garden, which takes all the back breaking work out of having a garden. It is 100% weed free. We put one block in a wheelbarrow of water, and it soaks up all the water in the wheelbarrow and expands up to 45litres. rnYou do have to add fertiliser to it, any general fertiliser works well, or go natural and use sheep pallets.
