This is one of the top performing Magnola varieties. Our tree at Kaipara Coast Plant Centre flowers amazingly well every year, and after 20 years is only around 4m tall, which is just as well as it is planted near a building. The soil gets damp in the winter and dry in the summer, and it always seems to be happy and healthy. It flowers in July, which is a great time to have flowers.
