We find the secret to a successful worm farm is to mush up the food scraps prior to adding to the worm farm. We fill a food processor with food scraps/peels, then a cup of water. We turn it on to create a rich soggy mush which we add to our worm farm. The worms will then start breeding quickly. Try to give the worms a nice balanced diet. Keep your worm farm moist. Do not to add too much citrus or onion. rnThese are worms suitable for worm farms, but can also be used in natural worm septic tanks (use approved cleaning products only). They can also work in a compost heap and a well drained friable garden soil if you dig your food scraps into the garden.
