1. General Welcome to the Kaipara Coast Plant Centre & Sculpture Gardens website (www.kaiparacoastplantcentre.com). By browsing or using this website, purchasing plants or tickets, or booking events with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.
2. Plant Orders & Online Store
- Availability: All plants and garden products are subject to seasonal availability. If a plant you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a suitable substitution or refund.
- Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Delivery: We deliver plants throughout New Zealand. Delivery times and shipping rates depend on your location and the size/quantity of your order.
- Plant Care & Guarantee: We take pride in sending healthy, high-quality plants. Because plants are live items, care must be taken upon arrival. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
3. Sculpture Gardens & Visitor Safety
- Admission: Entry tickets to the Sculpture Gardens and walking trails can be purchased online or on-site at the Plant Centre.
- Trail Safety: The 3.5km Sculpture & Garden Trail passes through natural rural and forested terrain. Visitors are expected to wear suitable footwear, supervise children at all times, and stay on designated pathways.
- Weather & Closures: Kaipara Coast reserves the right to temporarily close garden trails in the event of extreme weather for safety reasons.
4. Events & Venue Hire
- Event bookings and venue rentals are subject to specific booking agreements, deposit schedules, and cancellation policies provided at the time of reservation.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, images, photography, logos, and artwork displayed on this website are the property of Kaipara Coast Plant Centre & Sculpture Gardens or their respective creators/artists and are protected by New Zealand copyright laws.
